Drew Peterson is a Minneapolis based artist and educator. Drew has a BFA from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis; a MFA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago; and attended Yale Summer School of Music and Art. Peterson has received numerous Artist Initiative grants from Minnesota State Arts Board, a Next Step grant from MRAC and a VAF grant from the Andy Warhol Foundation. Drew was a Mcknight printmaking fellow in 2020.
Drew is a lecturer in printmaking and drawing at the University of Minnesota and a Program Director at Juxtaposition Arts.
In 2018, Drew developed Entity Editions + EDU- a fine art printmaking resource committed to the publication, production and education of print media through collaboration with emerging artists, educational workshop and consultation.
